The ATCC numbers of the components are 77455, 77456, 77457, and 77458.
Kit of YE-type (2 micron circle-based) Saccharomyces cerevisiae/Escherichia coli shuttle, inducible GST fusion protein, expression cloning vectors derived from pBluescript II SK+ and differing in their S. cerevisiae selectable marker.
Each vector contains a divergent GAL1/GAL10 promoter cassette, with the GST sequence downstream of the GAL1 promoter.
