Of 11 unique sequence clones tested, 1 mapped to chromosome 16. The library LA16NS02, ATCC 57730, 2.0 genomic equivalents, is distributed together with LA16NS03, ATCC 57749, 21.7 genomic equivalents, because there is a possibility that a sequence in one may not be found in the other. This is preserved in a solution containing 10% glycerol and 0.43 M CsCl. The CsCl should be diluted to less than 40 mM before infection.
