GenBank Definition
Human mRNA for complement receptor type 1 (CR1, C3b/C4b receptor, CD35).
Applications
The cDNA was synthesized by oligo(dT) priming and 100 ng of DNA size-selected on agarose gels was used in the construction.

Vector
Tissue: tonsil DNA: cDNA Insert size range: 2 - 7 kb Genome Equivalent: 0.0 Coverage: Clones for "complete" coverage: 400000.0
Comments
EcoRI linkers were added (with internal sites protected). The cDNA was synthesized by oligo(dT) priming and 100 ng of DNA size-selected on agarose gels was used in the construction. Actin clones comprise 0.3% of all recombinants. Proteins for which cDNAs have been isolated from this library include complement receptors CR1, CR2, and B chain of CR3, and leukocyte common antigen LCA.
