EcoRI linkers were added (with internal sites protected). The cDNA was synthesized by oligo(dT) priming and 100 ng of DNA was used in construction. Actin clones comprise 0.2% of all recombinants. Proteins for which cDNAs have been isolated from this library include CR1, CR2, LCA, B1, IgG, and tubulin. This is the second amplification of this library.
