Some aliquots were contaminated with T1 and it was necessary to use C600 as the host. The ratio after the first amplification changed from 80% recombinant to 50% recombinant.
Some clones in this library seem to contain the Charon 28 internal BamHI fragment. Thus an insert may contain 8.9 kb of mouse DNA and 7.4 kb of Charon 28.
