RNA was prepared by the guanidinium thiocyanate method, fractionated by oligo(dT) cellulose, linkered with EcoRI, and sized by agarose gel electrophoresis. The libraries are likely to contain some cDNAs of hnRNAs.
This is the second amplification of this library.
