YI-type integrating shuttle vector. This was constructed by cloning the 1.1 kb HindIII fragment containing URA3 from lambda590-Sc2904 into the AvaI site of pBR322. The 5' - 3' orientation of URA3 is clockwise; SmaI and AvaI sites in the 3' of URA3 are close to the PvuII site of pBR322.
