Recommendations for Infection: Inoculate intra allantoic 10 to 11-day old embryonated chicken eggs. Eggs must be candled for viability prior to inoculation.
Incubation: Incubate infected eggs for 3 days at 35.0°C in a humidified atmosphere without CO2.
