To deposit materials into our general collection, you must contact a scientist before sending your materials. ATCC welcomes deposits of valuable research materials and our goal is to have a broad and comprehensive collection. Unfortunately, owing to limited resources, we cannot accept for accession all materials that may be offered. Please read a further explanation of our acquisitions philosophy.
To deposit materials related to a patent, please contact our Patent Depository for the appropriate forms. ATCC also offers Safe Deposit services for storage of proprietary materials.
General collection deposit forms are in two parts. There is a Depositor Agreement form that needs to be completed for all deposits; and a Deposit Description form, choose the appropriate form for the type of material from the list below. Complete, sign and date and send both forms. The forms are provided to facilitate the deposit process; as mentioned above, please contact the appropriate collection scientist before sending materials. The deposit forms can be downloaded using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
