Clone Resources
ATCC offers a comprehensive selection of molecular clones:
MGC Clones The high quality Mammalian Gene Collection (MGC) represents full length ORF clones derived from human, mouse, zebrafish and frog, composed entirely of IMAGE clones containing complete coding sequences. Use our MGC Search Tips to help you find the right clone.
IMAGE Clones We have the complete clone collections from the IMAGE Consortium: more than 5.5 million IMAGE clones are available and easily searchable on our website. For more information on IMAGE clones, please visit the IMAGE Consortium website.
Libraries and Other Clone Sets These Libraries and Other Clone Sets encompass a wide spectrum of genomic, proteomic and developmental biology research tools. The clone sets contain specific coding sequences derived from microbial, mouse embryonic, soybean, Shistosoma, loblolly pine, and other sources.
Alliance for Cellular Signaling (AfCS) Clones More than 3,000 molecular vectors constructed by AfCS are available. The collection contains clones encoding key molecules involved in murine cell signaling, such as kinases, micro RNA (miR) interference vectors, and a unique lentiviral platform that can be used for tightly regulated expression of miR-shRNA sequences. Find AfCS clone sets on the ATCC website. To browse the full line of AfCS clones, please visit the AfCS website. Once there, locate the clones of interest and order them through the ATCC website.
Cloned Viral Genomes Purified plasmid DNA from human papilloma virus, hepatitis viruses, and other viral genomes are available on our Cloned Viral Genomes page.
Apoptosis Clone Sets ATCC clone sets for apoptosis contain all genes identified to date which specifically participate in apoptosis.
Classic, Unique Clones ATCC has been distributing clones since 1981. If you are looking for a specific clone, we have it.
To search through all ATCC clones, use our Advanced Clone Catalog Search.
Flexible clone formats
Clones are available in the following formats: individual clones, BLAST-verified, custom plates (for orders of 30 or more), replicated plates and plate sets.
